What's in store for Project Esposa now? Well, now I'm on a quest to find ways to better manage my time and become more efficient. Two reasons:
- I want a happy family
- I want to be happy in my own career and accomplishments
In my first step to increasing my efficiency, I've decided to cut-off TV to 1 hour per day. I figure I spend about 4 hours on TV everyday. At just 1 hour of TV a day, imagine what I could do in 3 hours?! When I think about it, does TV really mean a lot to me? Not really. I would rather learn to be a better cook, take a dance class, or even improve my guitar skills than that. What would be more valuable to me after a year? Would keeping up with Grey's Anatomy change my life more than eating healthier and being more active and fit? Hmmm...put it that way and the decision seems pretty easy.
Today marks Day 1 of TV at just 1 hour a day. Thank goodness for PVRs. At least I can choose what show I'm in the mood for watching when I allow myself that 1 hour.
Awesome blog! Do you have any recommendations for aspiring writers? I'm planning to start my own website soon but I'm a little lost on everything. Would you suggest starting with a free platform like Wordpress or go for a paid option? There are so many choices out there that I'm completely overwhelmed .. Any tips? Thank you! capitalone.com
